Setup
Below is a step-by-step guide to using the EmergenSee apps. For troubleshooting tips, please view our FAQ page.
EmergenSee App User Guide
App Setup
Tap the springboard icon to launch the app.
(the app will display the Settings screen)
Enter your Name, Email, and PIN.
(optional: add a photo to send to Contacts)
Enter Contact Names, Email Addresses, and Cell Numbers (up to 3) manually or tap the icon to pull info from your Contacts List.
(you can always add more contacts later)
Tap "Send Test" to send tests to your Contacts
In an Emergency
Tap the springboard icon to launch the app.
Relax, if possible. The app is already recording video along with your location and will post the info to a secure website and send Distress Calls containing the information to your Contacts.
To cancel a Distress Call
Tap the status button (upper right corner).
Enter your PIN.
